Meet Abbi! Abbi is a rising college freshman. She has struggled with both physical and mental illness, anxiety, depression, and has attempted subside several times. In this episode Abbi gets vulnerable talking about how she coped with the fact that she was abused as a kid and her connection to god and how that helped her. This is truly a special episode and I cannot stress that enough, there were several times I was on the verge of tears and I was so moved my her story.
