Buff has had an interesting journey in life from living and travelling in a wagon during her 20s to settling in the West of Ireland where she now practices as a homeopath and is involved in a number of community projects. When going through the menopause she formed a women's circle that helped her greatly during this phase of her life and is something she continues to this day.
