This week we're thinking about nutrition and what sorts of food are healthiest to add into your diet, but in usual What's On Draft fashion we're putting a little spin on it - when you draft a food, you have to draft it for a specific nutritional element but you receive no other benefits from it. You want bananas for their potassium? OK, but then you get no vitamins, minerals, or anything else from the banana!
