The chant fill that seat has broken out in the wake of the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. It has even become a battlecry. Why is it such a controversial issue? Why is it an imperative that the seat be filled ASAP! Does the Bible ever talk about the filling of vacancies?
