Defining "what is healthy" is a tricky endeavour. We take a walk through factors that affect physical and emotional health, from blood sugar and blood pressure, to environment and access to health care. We can't look at a person and determine how healthy they are, or know whether their relationship with nutrition and exercise is healthy. We also need to understand there is a strong base of evidence to indicate that long term health outcomes are significantly affected by higher levels of body fat. We want to create access to knowledge and resources that can help someone engage in healthy lifestyle behaviour, regardless of where they come from.
