One of the most common things that I get as feedback from my audience when it comes to what is holding them back, or what their biggest block is it's "motivation".
How do you get motivated?
How do you "find" motivation?
My questions for you is what IS motivation to you?
Motivation is such a broad term with so many factors that are a part of it.
So what part of motivation are you lacking?
The energy side of things, or are you unable to find the courage to get over the fear side of motivation. Fear of what others will think of you when you start working hard on your business, or you start a new project etc.
Some things that motivate me are:
Routine.
Exercise.
Eating clean.
Money.
Reading.
Podcasts.
Learning.
Growing.
Its all the things that make me FEEL good and energized and happy.
So motivation really goes as deep as the food that you're putting into your body.
You have to become aware first of why you're not feeling motivated, is there something going on in your personal life thats taking your energy?
Are you focusing on having to clean your house rather than working on that new project or going to the gym?
Are you feeling unmotivated because you ate like shit and had a bottle of wine last night?
