Have you ever posted a photo or a story on social media and then immediately started to pick it apart until you take it down?
You're not alone.
This is going on all around you, all of the time.
FYI... this is't serving you or your business or your audience.
So, it's time to ditch the overthinking and embrace the imperfect action, the imperfect posts and the realness that is life.
In this episode we are talking about somethings that you can do to cure your overthinking problem and help you start tapping into your authentic "don't give a f*ck what you think about me" attitude that is required to really start to stand out in social media these days.
I mean, what are you afraid of anyways?
Or better yet.... WHO are you afraid of?
Answer those questions for yourself next time before you give into the overthinking gremlins and delete your post or story mmmmkay.
If you want to be one of the real ones on the gram or social in general than you're going to have to ditch that FEAR of what others are going to think of you negatively and start to embrace those who will respect you for showing up and putting yourself out there.
The reality is that if you're overthinking posts and taking them down, you're not alone and others need to hear and see you rise above it.
Rise above the haters and the people who will never be able to stop caring about showing up as that "perfect person" that doesn't actually exist... social media and editing (and maybe some plastic surgery, cough, cough) just allows people to appear that way.
Be relatable to your audience, be YOU and just be real.
Hope you enjoy this episode, and don't forget to rate and review!
