Social media has created such a fear base attitude around what other people are going to think of you.
Just think about it...
We follow such "perfect" people, with their perfect feeds, and perfectly edited photos taken by a professional photographer.
That's just not the reality for majority of us, but it is the leading cause to overthinking the things that you are putting out into the world.
Well I have some good news for you!
Those perfectly curated photos and posts on social media are starting to become old news and AUTHENTICITY is becoming the new curated perfect photos.
People want to see authenticity, which means you don't have to show up perfectly curated like some of the people you follow.
I'll prove it to you, in this episode I am chatting about my most engaged photo on IG recently and its the furthest thing from "perfect" and I explain why that stands out more now then the curated stuff!
So find the most real thing about a photo and talk about that instead of holding back posting it bc you don't feel its good enough.
