If you can't commit, you're going to fail...

Whether that is committing to your business, your job, your spouse, being a parent, ect, we are making commitments every day in our lives. 

I work with a lot of clients who initially are committed to starting their businesses and as soon as it becomes real for them they  disappear.

Sound familiar?

That's called commitment issues and I believe that the people who do this follow this pattern in their lives with most things.

Take fitness for example.... how many people commit to their fitness on a weekly basis and end op bailing as soon as someone brings that box of donuts into the office, or invites you for beers after work rather than hitting the gym.

I have been there.

You're not holding yourself accountable to the things your bailing on like yu need to to succeed.

Decide today what you're committing too and stay committed for 7 days, then make it 14 and just keep going!

Thats where the magic happens.

No more half ass'ing things in your life, get out there and full ass your day!
