Unfortunately in my family drama seems to show up more then I would prefer.

Disagreements. Different opinions. Different perspectives. Butting heads. 

This is all common for some family members. 

Hell, it's common for anyone who spends a lot of time with another whether it be siblings, parents, best friends, or spouses. 

I personally hate when their is drama but I struggle to not stand for what I believe in and trust me... 

I can be stubborn AF when I want to be.

It's important to dissolve drama and hard feelings we have for the ones we love otherwise it gets built up inside our bodies and can come out in different unhealthy ways like emotional reactions, anxiety, depression, mood swings, lashing out on others in your life and more.

That being said, make sure you give yourself the space to release any judgement or hurt feelings you have and then forgive and move on from the drama.

Life isn't meant to be spent in conflict with others or ourselves, and unfortunately it still happens.

Remember to set boundaries for yourself and stand by them, you don't have to explain yourself to anyone.

Set your boundaries and follow them and everything else will get ironed out with time.
