"What you resist persists."

Its time to stop giving into the resistance we feel!

Instead its time that we embrace whatever it is that we are resisting because we know that the resistance is our clue that it is exactly what we need to be doing in order to get into alignment, in order to get closer to what it is we are working towards or desiring.

The first step to be able to do this is 2 words: Self Awareness.

Self Awareness is HUGE! It's everything to be honest with you. It's the most important and impactful thing that I have got from the last two years of personal development and working on myself.

Being aware of WHY you feel and act the way you do is crucial to change the bad patterns or bad habits that you have.

What do you resist most?
Why?
Where can you make space in your life so you can show up in the areas that will benefit you most?
What sacrifices can be made?
Where can you invest into yourself and your well being?

You know how kids will ask "why?" over and over and over.... well this is basically that... but you're doing it, to yourself.
