At the return of the 72 from their ministries in Judea, Jesus celebrates with them by offering up a prayer of thanksgiving to His heavenly Father. In this prayer, we behold the beauty of the relationship between the members of the trinity, and we are also given a window into the Father's sovereignty over salvation.
