A former soldier, actor, and musician, Jerry Springer is an American TV presenter whose eponymous tabloid talk show has been running since 1991. He has since achieved record ratings, and has become a household name all over the world, with the chant “Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!” becoming something of a cultural phenomenon. He also hosted America’s Got Talent for two seasons and was Mayor of Cincinnati in the late 1970s.
