D. Scott Murphy started appraising in 1983. As the son of an appraiser, he knew the business well and was interested in creating a team of experts to lead into the future. In 1996, he established D.S. Murphy & Associates with a mission to build relationships by providing the most reliable services that: homeowners can understand and trust, agents will recommend to their clients, and lenders feel confident utilizing.
