We all go through some form of uncertainty, anxiety or lack of confidence every now and then as we experience life. This is ok as long as you don't stay in this depressive state and you must make sure you aren't allowing someone to make you insecure or even worse put their insecurity on you.



If you feel you have any insecurity seek help, seek out things that will help you move beyond it. Team sports engage in challenging activities, read and listen to motivational talks.  Don't remain crippled by low self-esteem and insecurity break free, screw what others think or say, spread your wings and fly.
