In a worldwide crisis situation, time can be a useful tool & and it can be a very expensive waste.
Depend on which mindset we combine with our time.

1. Replaxe, be free from guilt, shift your focus to something most positive, act base on inner impulse. Do not act from fear, lack, guilt or panic. Breath! Trust! Life is for you, not against you!

Not much! Life it self demand us to wake up and put our priorities in a right order.
Unconditional and unattached Inner happiness always shall be on a first place.
Crisis is invitation to enjoy life or die as it no fun for life to see how you are chasing short goal satisfaction or believe that without resource you are nothing.
You are everything! With or without resources!
