She's worked remarkably hard to move through many of these phases on her own and with therapists. Currently, she finds herself in a new distorted pattern she labels orthorexia - extreme rigidity with the types of food choices she makes. She desires more freedom, more flexibility, more fun - for herself and, also, to be a good role model for her daughter. But where to begin?
