In the eighth episode of Sessions - a NEW series on the Food Freedom/Body Love podcast where you get to listen in on 1:1 conversations between Jill and those struggling with food, body image, weight, and health - Jill talks with an intuitive eating practitioner whose work focuses on those transitioning through menopause. As she coaches other to eat intuitively and accept their aging, changing bodies - she is confronted with her own feelings about her aging, changing body. She wonders if working on her own relationship with food and body will ever end and - if it doesn't - should she be coaching others on their journey?
