Description

I've changed the ways I set goals.I used to set goals with the end result in mind.

Recently, I changed it to "hard work is the goal" so I set the goal of # of actions to accomplish in X amount of time.

Example - 300 videos in a year, run 10 miles this week.

It's been a fascinating shift of perspective on goal setting.

There are many steps to making a million dollars, losing 30 pounds, or whatever it might be.

But I know how to make 300 videos - I just do it. Over and over and over and over. I know how to run 10 miles a week. Put one foot infront of the other and just KEEP GOING!

By the end of 10 miles a week - week after week, I'll end up losing 30 pounds...or more!

I can control my actions so changing the goal to be the action rather than the result of the actions.
