Asking for help is one thing that you really need to do when you identify that you need it - in many arena's, which include your business, in your job, before/during/after a medical operation, in life in general, with your mental health, with your wellbeing, with your children etc. The list is endless.
You are not "less than" for asking for the help and not being able to do stuff so take that pressure off yourself and know that you're NOT alone and ask the right people for support, guidance and help. So, if you're struggling and don't see the light - someone can definitely guide you. You've got this!
