Changing your career or the direction you're going in takes courage and determination. It truly is a gift to give yourself, regardless whether you have the support around you - put yourself in environments and rooms where cheerleaders and supporters are there for you.
I had my Mum, as a great role model, as a prime example, that it's okay to change career and make it happen and it can be successful. My Mum was in her late 30's when she did it so I have living proof that it can be done.
