I was asked to cover this topic in an episode so I share with you 2 different scenarios -

1) Working from home, working a business, Carer, Stay at home parent.

2) Shift work, Corporate job, 9-5 etc

The routines and structures are different but can be started the same - with a planner & mindset, together with gratitude. The whole day can be laid out effectively so you can handle the juggling and spinning well.

I share with you my routine that I've changed to and more. Also, we are all different so that comes into play too.
