It's very important that you take time for you (and no, I don't mean spa days and massages)... I mean time out to relax, even with a blanket, a drink, a good book and maybe an animal at your feet.

We live in a fast-paced world nowadays whereby people don't know how to slow down or take time to just be.

I AM.
