We hear a lot about people having big dreams and goals of wanting to earn 7 / 8 figures, have a mansion and drive a flash car BUT..... I'm here to remind you and to let you know that it's okay to want smaller goals - you don't have to have all these big goals.

If you want to read 1 book a year, have 7 hours uninterrupted sleep, get the children to school on time or have a date night with your partner once a month - then that's all good and fantastic. 

Don't feel small or overwhelmed by others and what they want. Stay focused on what lights you up and aligns with you. Mindset is key.
