There is so much confusion and so many opinions of what a healthy diet is and what it isn’t.  There are almost as many opinions as there are people on the planet. As I moderate Nutrition Panels a couple of times per year for the past 25 or so years at Mark Becker’s NewLife Expos in NYC, I have ‘heard it all’.  What’s good for one isn’t necessarily good for another.  There are serious environmental considerations as well with certain food choices way more than others.  So there are, as with anything important, many variables.

To help sort a few of these out and to go into detail about fat-burning in super-contrast to sugar-burning, Mitchell’s guest today is author of Dirty, Lazy Keto,Stephanie Laska. She has a great story!

Stephanie lost 140 pounds, roughly half of her body weight, by following a ketogenic-inspired diet. She figured out that the secret to losing weight without the crazy restrictions of a traditional keto diet was to break the rules $ create her own “dirty” and “lazy” outlaw version of keto. The DIRTY, LAZY, KETO Dirt Cheap Cookbook: 100 Easy Recipes to Save Money & Time by Stephanie & William Laska.
