This is an impromptu IG live where self-confidence became the centre of the debate.
I genuinely believe that it's not a matter of knowing exactly what to do. It just like having a general understanding of things. If you want to lose weight - eat less calories. You don't need a PhD for that. You should burn more calories, you don't need a PhD for that as well. But the fact that most of us actually know this, but don't do much about it shows that there's a deeper underlying issue; which comes from the mindset. And this is where a lot of the work needs to be done. Most people actually will lose weight and put it back on. Or some people actually never lose the weight. So there is a huge issue. The mindset battle, it starts with again getting your head right in the game. Like start projecting yourself in the future. Look at your present, what's the impact on your every day life? how much does it cost you. Being where you are right now? Have you ever quantified that?
