When it comes to transforming your body, most people’s first step is their “diet”.

We are quick to realise that the quantity and quality of food consumed has a direct impact on the state of our bodies. I would argue the opposite but for the purpose of this article, we will continue under this narrative.

You see, the biggest problem with the “meal-plan” approach is that over 90% of the people on a diet end-up falling off or simply decide to allow themselves a treat for their efforts; which quickly turns into an avalanche of bad habits, and ends-up wiping away all the efforts.
