I recently came back from holidays and started hitting my local gym.
Two days ago, I was deep into some sets of heavy deadlifts when I turned and look around.
Something I rarely do, because when I’m in the gym, it’s just me and my headphones.
To my surprise over 80% of the people in the gym were doing some sort of abs exercise.
The following day, same story. Two guys crunching the hell out of their stomach. Another lady in the corner on the leg raise, and couple of blokes doing some twists.
