We tend to think that we know everything. And we should.
After all this is our body. Imagine driving to work every day through the same route. You know the starting point and the destination. Some days, you will drive fast, other days, there will be a bit of traffic and you will have to slow down. In some rare cases, we might have to change the route.
However the starting point and the destination remain the same.
Your fitness journey is exactly the same: A starting point and a destination; changing intensity and sometimes different route.
The one thing you will need to reach your destination is knowledge. You will need to know how to drive (Exercise), which way to take (what training method), how fast or slow will you be going (intensity).
