I get this question a lot via emails, DMs, and speaking with people 1:1. 

The cold hard truth: I'm not.

At least not always.

One of the things I value in life is transparency: and that is exactly what you're gonna get in today's episode. Just like you, I'm not always 100% happy with what I see in the mirror. I have used workouts and diets to try and control my body when I could not control what was going on in my life. I thought that there was something wrong with how I looked and kinda glanced over the fact that there was something wrong with how I was responding to life.

Today, we are taking a deep dive into my most recent body image hangup. In real time. In real words. This isn't something that you ever "get over," but with the right tools, you can help get into why these may be happening and how to combat them to make them a little less painful each time they do happen. Because the truth of the matter is, sometimes we can't avoid things like these.
