On this episode, we tackle the issue of procrastination--why we do it, and how it can negatively impact us. I share some of my personal experiences, and how it's affecting me in real time. Changing from procrastination behavior is a REAL challenge, and one that can cause undue stress and anxiety. Thankfully, recognizing how it shows up, and what's behind it is the first step to shifting and creating new outcomes.
