Description

In this episode Kevin and Chris discuss their weirdest questions they’ve gotten on Buddhism (including a thankfully hypothetical conjoined twin who is part murderer, part saint), and more importantly the Buddhist concept of metta, or “loving-kindness.” An unbiased, universal love for all, Kevin and Chris discuss how their traditions define metta, and how they use meditation to cultivate it better. After all, what the world needs now is love...sweet love.

Kevin and Chris are not Buddhist teachers, and don't claim to be. This podcast is a way to discuss perspectives and experiences of our practice and relationship with Buddhism as practitioners. We're happily Dharma-friends for all, but are in no way qualified teachers, guides, or remotely good role models.
