On this episode of the Small Victories Podcast, Holistic Health Coach, Intuitive Eating Counselor, Fitness FUNatic, Nancy Driscoll said, “Our struggles refine us.”. Nancy is not a stranger to life’s struggles, but through surrender and a positive mindset, she has experienced many small and significant victories and she believes that our struggles are a road map for others who are still in the muck.
Nancy is the daughter of a U.S. Naval Commander (deceased) and an early stage computer department Manager. She is also the younger sister of an Army Black Hawk Ranger who was killed in action during a hostage rescue mission in Mogadishu, Somalia. This heroic mission was depicted in a well-known book and movie entitled “Black Hawk Down”. As a Gold Star family member, I have developed the utmost respect for those who have sacrificed their lives to give and protect our freedom.
On a more upbeat note, she is a highly educated professional who is dedicated to her family, her community, and serving others in her career. She has a warm and engaging personality that enables me to easily interact with every person she meets, regardless of position.
Professionally, Nancy is a Holistic Health Coach, Intuitive Eating Counselor, Fitness FUNatic. She loves Blues music and ice cream. Her passion is providing solutions to help women who need to sift through the emotions and trash talk and heal their grief of child loss, relationships with food, mindset, and body image so they can embrace their lives with joy. She understands what it feels like to be where they are as she stood there in the shadows once too. She has the road map to help them get to the other side. She helps unpack the feelings, emotions, and expectations and walk through the door to peace and joy. Women in her program will walk away confident, inspired, at peace, and motivated to live their lives to their highest potential.
She has been responsible for creating innovative ways to engage and establish a positive culture, systems, and training that will develop feelings of self-worth and empower women to solve problems.
