Description

The best and possibly the worst thing that happens to you after applying to college is getting a letter back in the mail saying you’ve been accepted or rejected. That single letter can change the course of your life, so the stakes are high. When that letter is an acceptance, you are probably filled with joy and images of what your life would be like on campus flash through your mind. In this week’s episode, Lou and Taelor—rising sophomores at Cornell University—walk through an acceptance letter mad lib, deconstructing the traditional and generic acceptance letter structure. Does this college really want me and are they the diverse institution they say they are?
