In today’s episode, Elika and I share our reflections on our HER Podcast CEO Day. We took all day Saturday, January 2nd to show up as the bosses we are to reflect, strategize and set goals for the Her Podcast for 2021. We’ve learned so much in producing the 17 episodes we’ve shared to date as part of what started out as our Pandemic Project. The podcast is growing and gaining momentum as we reach listeners all over the US with our voices. We are inspired to take the podcast to the next level, and we share our excitement and enthusiasm for what’s to come in this episode. You’ll also glean insight into some of the real and vulnerable hurdles and challenges we acknowledged and wrestled with in our CEO Day when it comes to exploring our individual roles with the HER Podcast. Taking this full day to connect with one another to really celebrate our accomplishments, lean into our struggles, and set intentions for moving forward was one of the most nourishing and powerful days Elika and I have shared together yet!
