It's the start of Performance Review season (for many of you)!
In this first of a series of episodes, Engaged Pursuit Tom Perry talks about the foundational elements of this very important time-of-year. He highlights some of the basics around this process (it's mostly art and limited science), the logistics around this time (know your important dates!), and conversations that will probably also come-up as you discuss your performance (did somebody say "Manager Feedback??").
In the next couple weeks, Tom will also talk about the specific elements of the "Performance Review Kit" (what you need to prepare as you get ready for your Performance Review), how to think about the actual Performance Review conversation, and what to do AFTER you're done with the discussion.
