Often professionals love the concept of change, but have difficulty getting ahead of (and taking advantage of) change.  With change comes new opportunities, new skills, new relationships, new experiences, and possibly a new YOU.  You want to make sure you're right there, talking to the right people (your manager) about how you want to take-advantage of the change we all know is coming.
