Through her own personal experience with work obsessiveness, little to no sleep, and junk food addiction, she is aware of what life can look like when you let yourself go. Because of the clarity, happiness, and peace she found once she started taking care of her body and mind, she now comes alongside others, helping them find this within their own lives as well.
