Description

Drs. Spencer King and Ron Waksman discuss the politics of the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. King postulates that part of it is a human need to blame somebody for a major problem such as what the outbreak has become, whether the blame is China, President Trump or even Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, who has been criticized by both Democrats and Republicans. Dr. Waksman notes that the pandemic is taking place with the backdrop of a hotly contested U.S. presidential election.
