Today I sit down with Ellie Pfahl. Ellie is the Marketing Manager at Strike, a leading provider of energy infrastructure solutions across the United States. Ellie is responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities for Strike and its family of six companies including creating collateral, building and maintaining websites, capturing photography and shooting video. Her favorite projects include storytelling complex projects and showcasing employees.
Ellie and I talk not only about her journey to where she is now but we also discuss the importance of adding to your skill set, learning how to negotiate and her advice to not hold on so tightly was something that everyone needs to hear!
