For this week episode Scarlett sits down and talks with her grandma, Linda Pils. Linda is a retired primary teacher who taught for over 24 years. In a second career, she was a presenter at teacher workshops, sharing best practices in teaching children to read. She attended Mineola HS in New York and got a scholarship to attend Southern Illinois University, graduating in 1967. Later she received a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
