Chakra's or Spinning Discs are energy portals located along the path of the spine. These areas are used to sense the subtle energy and vibrations of the Spirit World. When they are opened and activated, it is easier for you to communicate and receive information from the Spirit Communicators around you, which can include Spirit Guides, and loved ones who have passed to Spirit.

In January of 2020 I decided that it was time to take my Spiritual Development Seriously.
