Meredith is currently the Associate Director of Performance Nutrition at the University of Washington. Prior to her role at Washington she was a Sports Nutrition Immersion Program (SNIP) Fellow at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado and traveled as a sports dietitian to the Rio Olympics in 2016.
