This week at The Film Club we’re kicking off the month of July with an artist spotlight on the films of Director Ed Wood! This week we’re talking about his first feature film Glen or Glenda! The film follows Glen who is engaged to be married to Barbara however Glen is keeping a secret from his fiancée. Glen enjoys cross dressing and discovers this after one Halloween when he borrowed his sister’s clothes for a Halloween Party. Glen fears Barbara will leave him once she learns the truth and he’s torn whether he should tell her before or after their wedding. Join us as we dive into the world of Glen or Glenda.
