It's not a proper retrograde without discussing the star of the show and what Mercury represents. Communication seems easy enough to have and do, but there's so many levels to how these particular cycles can help us grow and identify our critical errors in communication. As always, there's gotta be a well for self-reflection in there if you'd like to see yourself advance to the next level. Otherwise, it will be in a perpetual state of "loop"
