Description

This word is thrown around REALLY often. People will infer to other people as toxic for their life, or just toxic in general.
The calling came over me to discuss this at length (as it usually does) during moments of heightened self-reflection. I've been taking a quick break from the distractions of anything that I know is a "gray area" of experience in order to substantiate what is actually toxic to my life, and in which ways I am the toxicity to another or their life.
This episode will discuss those layers, and lots of other layers, about toxicity in our present psychology and cultural norms. I can assure you that by the end of this series you'll have a better stance on where you are and are not toxic, where you have resigned to being this way, and where others in your life are happily toxic. My hope is that my own self-reflection gives another the ideas of how to help their own life be more productive through self-awareness.
I'm not a medically professional. I'm not a doctor. I'm not qualified to solve your life problems. I am here to point out my observations, nothing more and nothing less.

in-Joy!
