Mambo Vipi! today we have Sophia with the mic. Sophia took us through her love for dancing and how it has impacted her mental wellness.

She expressed her love for dancing and how excited she gets on hearing some good music. Her facial expression does the whole vibe every time! and  got her in a college audition that took her dancing to another level. She shared her life struggles that affected her mental wellness at one point and how she overcame with dancing and sharing with her close people.
