Jodie has more than 20 years experience at multinational companies including BASF, Cognis, Deloitte & Lucent Technologies, and more than 10 years helping senior leaders reduce bureaucracy and hierarchy by designing better ways of working. Some of her past roles included Head of Global Development and Learning at BASF and she has worked and lived in Germany, Canada, Australia, UK, Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong. Jodie is also a board member of the Organisation Design Institute and Organization Design Forum, and is Faculty for European Organisation Design Forum.
