Let’s take a minute to talk about your priorities. I have two questions I need you to consider. What’s your relationship with food? Furthermore, and perhaps more importantly what’s the value you place on the relationship you have with yourself? How high on the list is your mental health and the currency you place on human connection. Well for Jonathan McLernon he needed to come to grips with how much he valued himself and make a change for the betterment of his physical and mental health. He says one question helped to change the course of his life. He lost and kept off over 100lbs after many failed attempts. He used to suffer from multiple anxiety episodes per day, and now he has less than 2 notable episodes per year, after some dramatic lifestyle changes. Now as an Emotional Eating Coach he’s on a mission to help others lose weight for good and leave BS diets in the rear-view mirror. He joined me this week to tell me more.
