Change is an inevitable part of life that affects all of us.
However, according to LinkedIn, women often find it more challenging to adapt
to new developments. A report shows that 52% of women desire change but
struggle to take the next steps. Many women face difficulties in moving away
from behaviors that undermine their best interests. They often feel defeated by
negative self-talk, compromise their own needs to please others, and yield to
other people's demands.
